Welcome to Adzy Snacks. We are honored to supply you with premium, vacuum-sealed organic dry fruits and nuts. Please read our operational contract, return guidelines, and delivery policies below.
Every package of almonds, cashews, raisins, and luxury hampers from Adzy Snacks is hand-picked, quality-tested, and vacuum-sealed to preserve natural freshness and hygiene. We care deeply about your satisfaction and treat every customer like family.
1. Return & Refund Policy
Food Safety, Hygienic Sealing & Order Cancellation Terms
Because dry fruits, nuts, and edible food products are subject to strict health and safety standards, no refunds or returns will be provided once a product is packed or dispatched from our facility. Once our vacuum seal is applied, the shipment is committed for direct delivery to your door.
1.1 Exceptional Case Considerations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you receive a wrong product variant, damaged transit container, or a verified quality issue upon delivery, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours with photographs or unboxing proof.
Refunds or replacement shipments may be granted under special circumstances if valid reasons are reviewed and approved by Adzy Snacks.
1.2 Seller Discretion & Right to Refuse
Adzy Snacks reserves the full right to refuse any refund or return request if there is no mistake, error, or fault from seller Adzy (including cases of incorrect address input by customer, customer unavailability during courier delivery attempts, or personal preference changes after packing).
1.3 Approved Refund Processing
If a refund request is reviewed and explicitly approved by Adzy customer care, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay UPI, Paytm Wallet, Card, or NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Dispatch Timelines, Courier Partners & Transit Protection
2.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted holidays will be handed over to courier logistics on the next working business day.
2.2 Courier Partners & Estimated Delivery
We ship nationwide across India using premier logistics networks (Delhivery, BlueDart, Expressbees). Average delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 Towns & Regional Locations: 4 to 7 business days
2.3 Live Tracking & SMS Alerts
Once dispatched, you will receive an AWB shipping tracking code via SMS and email. You can also view live parcel tracking at any time inside your Customer Dashboard.
3. General Terms of Storefront Usage
Intellectual Property, Account Integrity & Dispute Resolution
3.1 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, product images, harvest graphics, and content on Adzy Snacks are the exclusive intellectual property of Adzy Snacks & Organic Harvest Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Account Rights & Cancellation
Adzy Snacks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, fake order placements, or violation of store rules.
3.3 Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Adzy Snacks shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from site usage. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
